And when they fall into the belief that they’re trapped, they weaken. THIS IS THE POINT!

Franchise Brokers often encounter individuals who have ambitions of owning a business but are held back by fear. They often hold onto that fear – whether it’s of leaving a secure job, the fear of failure, the fear of the unknown… the list goes on.

But you can be the catalyst for this change in them – guiding these individuals to overcome these reservations and take the leap towards business ownership. Because it’s a liberating life. Truly.

Isn’t that why you’re curious about becoming a Broker?

You can introduce potential buyers to the independence and freedom of managing their own business while providing valuable education and reassurance throughout the process.

To demonstrate this in action, are you familiar with Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs?

Let’s assume that buyer’s have their basic, physiological needs met – i.e. food, shelter, water, etc.

So from here, the process to help them elevate can be broken down into four steps:

  1. Secure their safety. As a trusted guide, your presence can instill confidence in buyers to pursue their passions and desires.
  2. Provide a community. Franchising often fosters a sense of community and belonging, making the transition smoother. This is love and belonging in Maslow’s chart.
  3. Help them grow. Assist in their business growth, helping them achieve self-esteem, respect, and financial freedom. This is esteem in Maslow’s chart.
  4. Watch them become who they were meant to be. Witness the transformation as they reach their peak potential, contributing positively to others’ success. This is Self-actualization in Maslow’s chart – the GOAL!

However–and this is crucial–for you to guide others effectively, you need to be able to see the bigger picture and step out of your own comfort zone. YOU must go through Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs. Which is why we’re here – to help you do that!
